Advisure was started in 2011 by some people with seasoned and qualified leader experiences from senior positions within Swedish manufacturing industry and management consulting. We saw an opportunity to share and provide our experiences to more clients than our previous employers by offering qualified leadership capacity to businesses undergoing change.

Early we recognised that we ourselves would not be enough to satisfy a growing need of qualified leaders. Therefore, we started do engage people in our personal networks that we were confident with.

Eventually, we decided to create a quality assured and structured process to manage the the growing demand of Interim Management services.

Today, we have a few hundred qualified interim executive candidates in our network, and the number is continuously growing.
