Advisure's network of Executive Interim Managers are selected through our selection process, where we place high demands on personal qualities, experience and proven competence before they are admitted to the network. Through our vast network of people, we have the conditions to find interim candidates with the right profiles for each assignment. We have two customers in each assignment - the client and the interim manager. Both during the assignment and when it is completed, we follow up the satisfaction of both the client and the interim manager.

Straightforward and swift process

Our methodology mandated in mission definition, selection and matching ensures the right skills with short lead time. We present a solution within 10 days, but often faster.

West Sweden as homebase but the World as work field

Our base is in West Sweden, but we operate all over the country and even abroad. Several of our Executive Interim Managers have years of experience of expatriation and in many of the missions regular stays abroad are common, for example in China.
