Johan Westling, Managing Partner

Johan Westling has a long career as a management consultant and trusted advisor to executives within the field of strategy, organization and finance. Working in Volvo Group for almost ten years, Johan has lead a number of successful projects in setting new corporate direction and strategic targets, transforming to a new organization and improving profitability and efficiency in the operations, including working capital reduction. With a passion for people and leadership, Johan has a down-to-earth perspective and pragmatic view on solutions. He has a true ability to translate strategies into operations.

Prior joining Advisure, Johan held senior positions at Volvo Group and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. In earlier days, Johan was an entrepreneur starting up a pioneering IT-consulting company.

With a true customer oriented way of working, together with the unique combination of large corporate and small/medium size businesses, Johan has the deep understanding of the challenges in different industries. Johan holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Johan is managing the daily operations at Advisure.

Per Svantesson, Partner

Per Svantesson is a seasoned international business leader that has held top level management and board positions in a number of large, global, industrial corporations. He combines this experience with many years as a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist. This unique combination of having worked in leading positions in start-ups to blue-chips has given Per a very broad set of management skills.

Having worked with creating efficiency and profitability in global industrial organizations Per has an in-depth expertise in the management of international M&A activities as well as the methods of lean manufacturing. In his heart he is also a truly customer driven sales executive with a sharp set of tools in industrial (business to business) marketing and sales.

Per has worked for global companies his entire carrier and have lived abroad for many years. This has given him a deep understanding of the cultural aspects of management in different parts of the world and he therefore today sees no geographical boundaries for his field of work.

With his background Per can support companies of any size and background in everything from assessing their strategic position to develop the right plan of action and drive the needed change in their organizations.

Henric Perman, Partner

Henric Perman combines the fields of Engineering and Innovation Management into his own particular blend of Business Development and Project Management. 15 years of Product Development and 15 years of Business and Strategy Development with 10 years overlap.

Having worked both on the R&D and Sales & Marketing side of companies, from designing to lead of complex Commercial & Industrial Projects, he is particularly keen on developing New Business Concepts and lead Projects with high complexity and grade of investments.

With a broad background ranging from Automotive and from Engineering Manager to Chief Project Officer and later on New Business Strategist at President’s office, he has the ability to see complex patterns and combinations and transform them into opportunities and prospects, before leading and deployment. In particular analysis and development of portfolios.

Many experiences from studies and assignments in international environments and context. Educated in Engineering Mechanics and holds an international Executive MBA. Former employers includes companies as Todo, Caran, Volvo Cars, Volvo Group.
