Also from International business and industries such as Automotive, Telecom, Industry and Consultant business. He has been in leading positions in larger major public companies such as Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, Allgon, Logica and ITT. He has large experience to work with teams with different background and culture. Tommy see himself as change leader and have a very good track record from change and turnaround in companies, teams and organizations world wide. He like to visualize objectives and result in an easy way so all team members understand were they are aiming at.
